I felt breathless as I read this story and I loved how it started with anger and ended with love, and lust.

Runner-Up: Gwenda Major for Fertility Rites

This covered a whole lifetime of a relationship in such a short space and, without giving anything away, it was the surreal turn that things took that made this a very close runner-up.
